I was staying just up from Bikeremedy and was about to start riding from Stonehaven to Dundee when I noticed there was a patch of rubber delamination on my rear tyre. I took my bike in and Ken and Laura quickly sorted out and fitted my new tyre in quick time. Very friendly and efficient, I highly recommend this shop and its excellent team on the day

These guys (and girl) are fantastic. Bought a new Mountain Bike (Specialized Rockhopper Comp 2x) last week. All set up and ready to go within a few hours of me paying the deposit. I uplifted it the following morning. The owner Christian and his staff Joe and Scott (sorry didn't get the lassies name) were all very polite, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. This is the fourth bike and related accessories (on board storage, tools, spare tubes, pumps etc) I have bought from them in the last five years or so and for me that speaks volumes. Although when considering a new bike I do a lot of research and look at a number of dealers and websites to get some little knowledge of current trends, models specs etc Bike Remedy are and will continue to be my first port of call for a purchase. Bike Remedy just fitted a new chainset and serviced my bike - like a new machine! Great job and they even sorted out the right parts when I supplied the wrong bottom bracket cups. Can't recommend them highly enough!
